Nigerian artiste Praiz donates N10m to save baby with hole in the heart

Nigerian popular rhythm and blues singer Praiz Adejo has a milk of kindness flowing from his heart by presenting proceeds from the sales of his single Oshe as a callertune to baby Somaya Olayinka Dahli who has a whole in the heart.

A statement made available to Daily Newswatch has it that the singer was able to raise N10m this February and the total money has been presented to Somaya's parents in order to cover the medical bills for her post-surgery treatments.

The statement further revealed that after a successful heart operation was carried out in late 2013 to close the hole in Somaya's heart, doctors made it known that she would need post-surgery treatments, monitoring and care to keep her alive. And this is where the angel in Praiz was aroused.
It was sad seeing Somaya go through all that pain, she’s a little girl who shouldn’t suffer like that,” Praiz says
“The X3M Music act is an example of selfless giving and we hope others like him who are in the position to help keep souls alive will be encouraged to do more for others who find themselves in life threatening situations,” the statement said.
