Jonathan appoints Raymond Dokpesi as new Chief of Staff

The presidency has appointed the Chairman, Daar Communications PLC, Chief Raymond Dokpesi as the Chief of Staff to President Goodluck Jonathan.
 This followed shortly after Chief Mike Oghiadomeh resigned his position.Both Dokpesi and Oghiadomeh hail from from Edo State.
