"This
happened in Calabar on Sunday, 22 June, 2014. Arik service personnel
refused to check in passengers booked on economy class for the 1330
flight. Only business class were checked in because "they paid double".
This was caught on video.
"What strikes the most, is the lack of interest from a supposed supervisor. Zero customer service here.
"We need to speak out against such behaviours."
