Popular comedy show, Made in Warri returns


The popular comedy genre, Made in Warri, which used to attract thousands of audience will soon return in many cities in Nigeria.
The highly appreciated, educative, entertaining and informative comedy and music concert seen as the father of all comedy concert ever conceived and staged, to further the cause of a fun and peace loving people was originated by Barr. Richard Mofe Damijo, a typical Warri boy.
In a recent forum in Lagos, Chief Executive Officer of WhiteWater Limited, Mr. Nsikak Daniels, owners of the premium brand revealed that, plans are in top gear to re-launch the Made-in-Warri brand in a sombre, but a grandeur style.
Furthermore he added that they decided to bring it back due to the popular demand of the strong followership of the brand that has helped so much in growing capacity and developing talents for the industry. “The platform brought to lime light the likes of Ayo Makun aka AY, Ogus Baba, DC Envoy, Gordons and Bovi, among others.

Also speaking, the Project Manager, Miss Inemmi Abasiama, said that “The new Made-In-Warri scheduled for the early part of the December in Lagos, Asaba and Warri tagged ‘Wholly Revival’ will feature well known and rising stars in the comedy and music sphere of the sector. The new levels will include a well scripted comic drama ever staged in this part of the world.

The three folds event that is billed for the most prestigious venue in the designated cities is anticipated to be the most memorable entertaining event of the year,” she said.
She further stated that the acts on parade would be announced on confirmation of their appearance.
