Thousands
of professionals and music industry stakeholders would be coming together under
a roof for the Africa Music Summit, a two-day conference deliberating on how
the African music industry can be nurtured and be a major contributor to
national and continental economies.
Themed:
“Reviving the Business of Music in Africa,” the summit which will hold from November
6 to 7, 2014, will start at 9.00 a.m and end 5.00 p.m.
The
organizers stated that: “Different topics would be discussed on how to overcome
the music industry challenges, experiences would be shared and opportunities to
ask questions and interact/network with experts would be available. Also, there
would be opportunity to showcase new and emerging technologies in the field of
music production.
