The
contest is just about to begin as the International Committee of the
All Africa Music Awards releases the 2014 AFRIMA Nominees List. Although
awaiting the release of the list has filled the African Music Industry
with suspense, the screening process had to be thorough to comply with
AFRIMA's FACE IT value that is: Fairness, Authenticity, Creativity,
Excellence, Integrity and Transparency.
On
Tuesday, September 23, 2014, there will be a press conference in Lagos
aimed at unveiling the Nominees' List of the 2014 All Africa Music
Awards to the public and immediately after the press conference; the
nominees' list will be release on AFRIMA website. All votes from the
Academy and the public will be collated and audited by an international
auditing firm of repute who will be bringing the winners list to the
Award Ceremony on Sunday, November 9, 2014.
Get
ready to determine who wins the AFRIMA trophy in each category as the
power to vote for your favourite artist (s) to win in his/her award
category rests in your hands.
Hit
the AFRIMA website, www.afrima.org, from 2.00 p.m on Tuesday, September
23, 2014 to view the nominees' list. Voting would be on the AFRIMA
website, www.afrima.org and other AFRIMA social media platforms to be
communicated soon.
