AFRIMA on point

header.jpg
Africa is blessed with many natural resources which are exported to other continents where they are polished and imported to Africa at high price. This also applies to our continent’s human resources that oftentimes do not return to Africa.
This is why the All Africa Music Awards, a combined effort by music professionals across the continent to recognize, promote and preserve Africa’s rich music culture and talents, is not limited to the glamorous award ceremony taking place on November 9, 2014. It will also be preceded by the following events:
  • AFRIMA Village - a four-day music festival and cultural extravaganza featuring cultural exhibitions and music concert -November 4 & 7.
  • Africa Music Summit; themed “Reviving the Business of Music in Africa” - November 6 & 7. The two-day conference for the music industry stakeholders to engage and deliberate on how the industry can be nurtured and be a major contributor to national and continental economies.
We are looking forward to seeing you at these events.
