Harmony is signed to HF Music, same company that signed Zeez (formerly known as Dj Zeez) of ‘Fokasibe’ and ‘Boobie FC’ fame.
The Edo State born singer and daughter of veteran Nollywood actor and script writer, Ignis Ekwe, started singing while in primary school at the age of seven as a member of Anointing International Primary School Choir, Warri, Delta State, where she took lead vocal.
The fast rising artiste, who has been in the music industry for quite a while, is indeed, taking giant strides in the industry with this move.
Speaking to the press last week in Lagos, the sexy musician whose debut single is titled ‘Choke’, featuring Coleone, is dominating the airwaves, said she does Afro pop.
Explaining further, she said: “I used to do cultural music in school that is why I do Afro pop.”
On why she decided to do music, the graduate of Lagos State University, where she studied Public Administration, revealed that she has passion for music.
She has another single, ‘Obim’ featuring Zeez. Plans, according to her, have been concluded for the release of a video for the song by mid September. “It is directed by ace music video director, Paul Gambit.”
